where do you live.. Australia? if so, than those prices are normal. and its screams troll because talking about mod chips is an easy way to get banned... aka, account suicide.

they're very strict about it, i don't make the rules, i just help to enforce them wherever i can... there are plenty of other boards on the internet where you can talk about modding.. this isn't one of em.
