Why Naked Snake and Solid Snake have the same voice and look alike so much?

BTW... who are "Les Infantes Terribles"? is there a reason why Ivan Raikov and Raiden look so much alike? what the hell is that dream of Snake in MGS3 when he turns into a werewolf and fights like Kratos in God of War?

i just only beated MGS2 and MGS3 and i have a lot of questions...

*SPOILERS FOR MGS SERIES PLOT*

The "Les Enfants Terribles" project was a secret experiment whose goal was to make ultimate super soldiers. They got samples of Naked Snake's cell/DNA (since at the time he was regarded as the world's greatest soldier), and basically cloned him. It resulted in 3 "sons" being born: Solid, Liquid, and Solidius.

Solid Snake ended up inheriting most of Naked Snake's looks.

I think Kojima just make Raikov look like Raiden just for fanservice. There's no connection between the two.

Ahh, the famous dream sequence. It's just there as an easter egg. Nothing particularly important about it as far as the main plot is concerned.

because theyre great. even without understunding half of the plot, MGS2 and 3 were one of the best games ive played

i like the 3 metal gears solids , the metalgear solid of psone is great, obviusly, this don't have the same grapichs that his others versions, but the history is exellent, the sound is very good, and have a lot of things that help you to understand the history, the metal gear solid 2... mmmmm, i not complete that game.. but i like this one , and MGS3 is..exellent, in this game, get your back to the past and you will be Big Boss the "father" of solid snake, and liquid snake(this only be in the MGS1) and solidus snake (i don't nkow this, but im think, that is of other game of the saga... bus in other console how the msx 1 or something else)
