Why is it rejecting controllers

You should try to narrow down your problem by eliminating some variables.

Does this happen with all of your controllers?

Does it happen on both controller ports?

Does the problem correct itself if you remove and reinsert the controller plug?

a messege on the screen, it also dosen't except off brand controllers and sometimes sony brand controllers

all controllers both ports and sony only will work by reinserting plugCoolDogbert_555

Are you using a extention cord if so unplug and replug it in or get rid of the cord and try something else.

does it with and without extension cord.

doesn't accept cordless at all  any brand
