Kefka was a brutally crazy bad guy I thought. But thats a hard one, I cant really say who is the most brutal since many come close to each other.

Volgin seemed badass but he was easy as stealing from a baby. hardest badass boss would have to be from FF12(without using quickenings) forgot wihich one and bosses from DMC3 and General Ram from Gears of WAr
