Games in order from my favorite to least favorite: -Resident Evil 2 -Resident Evil 4 -Resident Evil: Code Veronica -Resident Evil 1 -Resident Evil 3 -Resident Evil Zero razzkazz
I agree, but i'd put 1 before Code Veronica, because its the first 1
P'ah no matter what anyone says they're all awesome and have something unique to each one.
Play them all, that's basically what I'm saying :D
RE2Â was the best but now RE4 tops it. But...I'm sure if they made a remake with enhanced graphics I would probably like RE2 better. I sure missed them zombies. I love RE games but I gotta say I'm glad RE4 turned out the way it did. I hate backtracking alot in the past RE games. And plus instead of holding 6-8 items only. RE4 can hold alot more.
It's all about RE: CV for Dreamcast. YES!! I said Dreamcast. I had a killer time playing it on that great system.
I thought RE: Zero was kinda hard, I think I gave up early in the game. I did like how every was a little different, I must say when I seen the rain coming down on top of the train. It nearly blew me away, Simply amazing!!
RE: CV
RE:4
RE:2
RE
RE: Zero
I never played 3
Resident Evil- This version has been released many times as well as remade 5 years ago. I personally think the original is the best version of the series. People remember this for having forcefully bad voice dialogue. STARS members Jill and Chris are the main protagonists. If you have a DS go with the Deadly Silence version as it has all the original game as well as Rebirth Mode where you use your stylus for some gameplay elements (which contrary to popular belief, are not tacked in and gimmicky). If you want a more mature version and have a GC, get the remake. Resident Evil 2- This game has my favorite death scenes for your character. It's really brutal stuff. This is what a sequel should do, greatly expand on the established base without losing any of the flavor of what made the original work. Everything is done better here, the graphics, the voice acting, the bonus extras. 2 new characters are introduced such as Clair, Chris' younger sister who is looking for him and Leon, a rookie cop who's first day in the force has him against incredible odds. Resident Evil 3- Nemesis is the coolest enemy in any RE game EVER!! This dude will hunt you down frequently during your quest with his creepy "stars" voice. The game fleshes out the Raccoon City infestation of 1998 much more as you play as RE1's Jill Valentine. The game isn't as big as RE2 (only Jill has the main game and the original game is only on ONE disc as opposed to RE2's TWO discs) but it makes up for it with the incredible scenarios. Resident Evil Code Veronica- The first full 3d version of the game. Siblings Chris and Claire Redfield are the protagonists on this RE game outside of the Raccoon City region. The game is not really part of the main story but its a hell of an adventure being the longest game in the classic format. If I can find faults for this game, it does not have the same refined elements as RE3 (you can't fully control going up and down on stairs and no evasion elements) which leads me to believe that CV was developed before part 3 oh and its not very gory (weak). Resident Evil 4- Is no longer a true RE game. It's a third person shooter with Leon Kennedy. This game is still very gruesome though with some really wicked death scenes. The pacing of the game is excellent, I also didn't mind it being ultra linear since the action is so good. I hope RE5 combines elements of part 4 while going back to the past for the quick thrills of the classic games. Both elements can be satisfactoraly met.2deluxe
I'm fully agree with youforthe RE:code veronica comment. After I played RE4, I can still enjoy RE3 but not RE:CV...it is because of the reason you stated here. (you are right, RE:CV is develop before RE3)
