Yes it's a remake of the first Tomb Raider, that's why she looks so young in some of the trailers.

they used a new female actor, didnt they. best commercials for it is with the actress in the black suit for the motion capture.

I already picked up Anniversary for $19 at BestBuy last Tuesday, actually I only paid $15 for the game bcuz I got $5 coupon from Playstation underground in the mail months ago. Pretty good deal, huh.

Anniversary is a complete overhaul of the original game, and although the core story remains pretty muchthe same as the original, alot has been improved upon such as the way she moves and more detail in the storytelling which may not have been too clear in the original PS game.

Here,this isa quote from Gamespot's review which will explain things much better:
