my ps2 stoped playindvd and ps2 games. but plays psone please help
its just dirty or mybe your disk is dirty check both coz if it can play the ps1 games theres no reason it cannot play ps2
try cleaning the ps2 and the cd. if it still does not work then call sony up, i remember when my ps2 broke i called them it got fixed for free
It could be a lens problem, as people have suggested, or your PS2 could be suffering from general wear and tear. You could try cleaning the lens, or you could buy a Slimline PS2 as a replacement; they are quite cheap right now.
