Game with a similar battle system to KH?

I really enjoyed the combat in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, are there any games with similar combat systems that are good?

By the way I've already played the Dark Cloud games...those are kind of similar.

GOW's combat is better than KH's I think. It's just more responsive and there are a ton of combo's. As far as progression goes, you are constantly getting new magic skills and upgrading them and your weapons. GOW is definatley a must buy for anyone whether you like KHor not. I can't wait till my GOW2 comes in the mail!
