Being a big RPG fanboy, Besides picking up Persona 3 yesterday what do we have left to look forward to?? This is all I see coming out in an RPG form for PS2....

Wild Arms 5 ships 8/28
Dot.Hack G.U. Vol 3 Redemption ships 9/10
Gorwlanser Heritage of War ships 9/18
Soul Nomad - kind of a SRPG from NIS - ships 9/25
Phantasy Star Universe: Ambition of Illuminus ships 11/20

IS this all thats left???? Speak up if anyone knows any others...

You pretty much nailed it there. I know it is an action game but Star Wars: Force Unleashed has plenty of RPG elements. My gut instinct is the PS2 version will be cancelled though.

But is that really an RPG and not some monster raising game? Long long ago I bought the first Digimon game (Digimon World), thinking it would be similar to Pokemon, but I got some boring game that's even worse than a tamagotchi. Last year I thought I might've been to young to fully understand it, but I still hated it. So don't put it together with RPGs if it's a monster raising game. They're different. If it's an actual RPG though, I might check it out (even though I don't follow the current Digimon series).

Just get it for PC. I think anyone should have a PC capable of handling it nowadays. Otherwise you probably can't even browse the web properly.

Yeah the PS2 pickings for RPG titles is kinda sad....Thank god there are so many out there still to kill the time before the good next gen RPGs start coming out.
