Got it last friday when it came out here in England, and I'm really enjoying it. The graphics are incredible imo... and it's just a really fun game to play.

Yes, with the right analog(in most places). The camera returns to the original angle when you move your character though.You can toggle camera angle with L1, in most places. You can also enter 1st person view by holding R1 and look arounf with the right analog.
The voice effects is incredibly annoying that I had to press the mute button during the cut scenes. Issaru is also incredibly annoying, Ammy should have eaten the little twit. I do love the game though, its a work of art, the dungeons are well designed, beautiful locations. Sure it was super easy, I didn't care this time as it was more about the exploration rather than combat.
(SPOILER ALERT) My favorite part, finding out that defeating Orochi was only 33% of the game. I literaly jumped for joy that I wasn't even near finished.
Its not worth owning, but it was fun. Its to shallow for my tastes, and since its a clone of zelda its not like they wasted all their brain power coming up with the combat and stuff. If your gonna clone another game atleast put something original into it.Â
Okami, imo, was the best game of 2006, on any platform. The art style, game mechanics, and story presentation just come together to make this a masterpiece.
I think okami is great and all but it's not drawing me back like MGS or RE did. I beat the spider boss and i just didn't want to play anymore. imo the game is a 9 out of 10. The game just has too much back tracking for me. I guess i'm just not in to rpg/adventure games. I really wanted to "love" this game but i just don't.
Yes and No, at first the game was awesome u really cant ask for a better game but then the game starts to get boring cuz the combat its just too easy, its no fun to kill the lord of all evil when u know he cant kill u unless ur stupid :?

You want to love it but you can't and your still giving it a 9. You have poor standards and are way too forgiving. Based on what you said right there, you should have said a 7/10 primarily because you don't feel obligated enough to finish.
It's definately a well done and overall good game... However, (even though this sounds contradictory); i'd give the game a 7/10. I just don't see what's so amazing behind it...

What are you talking about? The game is very original. It can only really be compared to Zelda- but it feels nothing like it to me.
