I want to get into this series and im guna buy the games tomoro. the only one i have played was 2 and i know that it was the worst and probably the reason i hated it. so i was just wondering if i need 2 to get the full story? or can i just get 1 and 3 and be good? because i really dont want 2 again haha.

the timeline of the series goes; DMC3>DMC1>DMC4>DMC2 so ya, you cans tay as far away from 2 as you want :P

no, the gameplay in DMC1 is good, but it feels really out dated if you play DMC3 first.

play DMC 1 before you play 3 so it feels alright in the end.

owns all DMC games but defently get DMC1 first and then DMC3: Special Edition because its the same like the original but with a few extras ;)

yeh definately a good choice to play DMC 1 before DMC 3 cos it just feels right :P
