I had to take my PS2 (The Brick one) apart to fix the eject button as it was jammed in...but i opened it and accidentley ripped the wire out that goes into the motherboard. But when i tried to put it back in the blue plastic that stops it from bending broke off, now the thing just slides out of the connector. So the two buttons on the console are broke, is there anyother way to get the console on without pressing the Reset or Eject button?

I have a swap magic tool that can open the drive for me, but that is useless if i cant get the thing to turn on.

Depending on how the plastic broke, you could try reattaching it with super glue. If that isn't possible you can order replacement ribbon cables online.
