Howdy all!

I am currently LOVING Xbox game pass but some games I'd rather play on a couch with a controller.

I have a laptop hooked up to my living room TV so I essentially want to stream windows 10 to Windows 10.

Ran into this article on using the built in "Connect" app to mirror my desktop to my TV but I don't know how to have a Xbox controller work in the living room when mirroring :(

https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/turn-windows-10-pc-into-wirelss-display

Does anybody have any articles or advice they could share? Or is it possible to stream Xbox game pass games via steam somehow?

Thanks so much for any help!

It might be possible to add the game to Steam and use that to stream.

@pyro1245: I read somewhere that can be difficult as the xbox game pass games are treated as "windows apps" and do not have the .exe file to link :(

Why not just connect the laptop directly to the TV with an HDMI cable? Your controller stays connected to your laptop regardless if you are outputting to the laptop display or the TV. Not sure where the streaming part comes in to your situation.
