Worth the Upgrade? - Witcher 3

My current system:

Intel Core i5-3570K @3.4GHz
EVGA GTX 780 SC
8GB of RAM
Windows 8.1
2 Samsung SSDs, one for boot drive and one for game installs

I play in 1920x1080.

Do you think it would be worth upgrading the RAM to 16GBs? It is the only thing I really want to upgrade right now, but don't know if it would make a big difference for The Witcher 3. The recommended specs require a minimum of 8GBs, so I am not sure if the game will take advantage of anything other 8GBs. What do you think?

I'll believe it needs more than 8GB system RAM when I see it. It can't hurt to have more than 8, but I doubt it will help.

No, it is not worth it. I don't know of any game that uses more than 8 GB.

There are very few games that use over 8GB.

I don't remember what game but I remember there was a game that I played last year that was using more then 8GB.
What weird is BF3 uses 7GB for me, while BF4 never peaks over 6GB.
