windows leaves trail

So whenever I move somthing it leaves a motion trail it does not lag or anything, can someone please help me thanks.

you mean move a window?, like minimizing and maximizing? That is an aero feature on windows 7.

if you wish to turn it off, which I have, just go to performance information and tools under control panel, go to adjust visual effects on the left column, choose custom, untick the 2nd item in the list, apply and ok.

If that's not it, then could you describe this trail in more detail?

Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options Tab, under visibilty uncheck display pointer trails
