Will my Macbook run Gone Home?

I don't usually use my Macbook for games, just for video editing and normal stuff but I've been hearing so much good things about Gone Home that I want to play it. I just want to know if I could run it. Here are some of my specs (I apologize ahead of time because I'm not that good at these kind of things)

- 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

- 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

- NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

Can anyone help me out?

It might run but it won't run well.
