will my hec 450w. psu be enough for a 7950 + amd a8 3850 ?

it's just temporary cuz i am broke and cant afford a good psu now .. so was wondering if it's safe to attatch my new gpu now ??

no over clocking planned till i get my new psu.. oh and i have only one fan  the processor's ..

I don't know. It would be pushing that 12v rail badly though and I wouldn't even try. Llano TDP is 100 watts and the 7950 would be 200 watts.

I wouldn't be confident running a 7950 on a 450w from any brand.

You need to get a bigger psu if you're adding a high end graphics card to your PC.
