it's just temporary cuz i am broke and cant afford a good psu now .. so was wondering if it's safe to attatch my new gpu now ??

no over clocking planned till i get my new psu.. oh and i have only one fan  the processor's ..

I wouldn't be confident running a 7950 on a 450w from any brand.

I would wait until you can purshase a new PSU.

I'll tell you something though. Whatever they advise you to do, there isn't a man here who could stop himself from trying it just to play on his shiny new toy.

You need to get a bigger psu if you're adding a high end graphics card to your PC.
