Is the multiplayer even active on Gears of War for PC?Arthas045
Even at release would only be like 10 people.
Is the multiplayer even active on Gears of War for PC?Arthas045I played it about 2 years ago and 3 people were playing it besides me.
Because your grammar sucks.
Seriously though, I would pick it up during a sale for a few bucks. I have a retail copy that I got on day 1 when the PC version launched, but GFWL and the other DRM included in it (yeah, there's other shit on top of GFWL) has since literally broken the game. It can't be installed.
[QUOTE="nutcrackr"]Microsoft, they go out of their way to try to not sell their own games on PC. Geminongears of war isnt an MS game... sooooo.... notice the MS game studios + xbox exclusive?

Does the worker that help contruct a house own it or the person that funded it's creation?

It's published by Microsoft, they decide distribution. Epic own the Gears IP, but stated ""Time and time again, when it came down to figure out what we do next with Gears, we sat down with Microsoft and they've given us really good, compelling reasons to work with them again" AKA "MS say what goes and when it goes and we just sort through the money truck when it comes to our office". Too bad they didn't self publish the game on steam or find another publisher. But that would have made MS sad and angry.[QUOTE="Geminon"] notice it wasnt made by MS but was published by MS... thus making it NOT an MS game? nice try on trying to sound smart though.Geminon
I would like to see Gears of War available on Steam. I think it would sell very well.
Gears was the game that got me to buy a 360 in 2007. I could never get into the multiplayer (even though it was the most played Xbox Live game up until Call of Duty 4 came out, I just didn't like it that much) but I thought the single player was cool (and looked awesome for a console back then).
Microsoft clearly doesn't want it on Steam though, for whatever reason.
JUST SAYIN', Binary Domain is way better than Gears of War and it IS on Steam.8-BitternessBinary domain was an awesome ride. we need vanquish on PC
I'd buy it if it was on Steam, and I know many others would too. I played it years ago on Xbox, but I'd love to play it with the additional levels with a co-op buddy.

Ha! That was beautiful. :D
I'd definitely pick it up if it was on steam, although it would have to be going damn cheap.
