Why Does my GTA 5 Grass Look Pixelated, and Potatoe eeeee

Okay, so i'm having an issue with GTA 5. My grass looks dreadful! I'm running the highest settings, no msaa. Grass looks terrible, and the whole world looks like shadows are missing. Character Model shadows look so pixely, and shadows have a terrible draw distance. I don't remember it looking like this PS4, my game looks like shit tbh. I do notice the pixelation on numerous of games, and i'm running 1080p. Can someone help?

Yeah but what's the graphic settings and the GPU? Also don't forget the game is nearly 2 gens old.

@npiet1: I also understand that it;s old, but i don't clearly remember the PS4 Grass looking like that, plus i have it on ULTRA

To be honest looking at screen shots on google it's looks okay, but is the pic taken with a camera and not a screenshot?

@npiet1: It was taken on camera, but my whole game looks blocky. When i watch other Youtubers play it, it looks good. Maybe because Youtube Compresses Videos which, intern hides the games graphical flaws.

Side question: is this a real big issue to you? I mean it's just grass after all, don't take this as me not wanting to help, always am.

@npiet1: Of course it is, if it wasn't i wouldn't be here. I guess i could come off as an annoyance, but i just want to see if people are experiencing the same problems as me. Then intern, we can fix it. Sorry bro i'll just end the topic tomorrow. Just know that the things i need help on is a big deal...

@npiet1: Yeah, dude i'm in all sorts of things. I love TV's and Monitors, i love Graphics so this is a big deal. Every bit of graphic i cherish, that's why i bug out about these types of things. Have a great night!:)

I have the grass on High and it looks fine to me. However could you post an actual screenshot? That will give us all a better idea of what we are looking at

@TJDMHEM: Thank you for the video, but i was looking for better grass to be honest. So i'll go GTA 5 and compare the grass settings, maybe ultra is causing the pixelation. Thanks again!

@npiet1: @TJDMHEM: Ok so i figured it out! Apparently, my AMD Radeon Settings was tearing Gta 5 graphics down. I had everything to performance. Now i put everything to default, now i'm getting some tessellation. Basically, my in-game Polygons were reduced by a great margin. My textures look great now, and no more artifacts! Thank you guys!

I know im a year late but my game is doing this too, can you tell me what you did to fix it? what you said wasn't very clear to me.
