They are completely two different games.. And CoD2 was a huge disapointment to alot of the fans of the original.. I honestly would not purchase either..
get neither!! wow is a waste of money...the monthly fees could be paying for a starving indian child's meal...for a month, and cod2 was not that great of a shooter. Why don't you try Half Life 2, Bioshock, or another shooter and for an online game there's guild wars, or just a an rpg such as oblivion or two worlds.
Company of Heroes, CnC3, Bioshock, all much better than cod2 IMO. That's not to say that CoD2 is bad at all. Or save your money since we got one hell of a fall and winter coming up
Completely different games, but WOW is much better overall
10 hours at most to finish COD2
WOW could last you months-years and never ends... but than again, its a 100% waste of time to play WOW and its embarassing.
Technically Blizzard made a perfect game, they could have made WOW an offline game and it would still have cleaned up. WOW didn't crash once in hundreds of hours I wasted in it. Stable as hell, the only crashes were on the network side of things.
Well, unless you dont have a newer system capable of accommodating the huge line up of good games coming out sept-november, i would say neither one. COD2 is not nearly as fun as the original game series, the multi-player gets boring eventually and WOW you have to pay monthly for and spend countless hours on. If you have to pick between those two go with call of duty because it will tide you over until the new games come out and WOW would just be a waste of time and money. COD 4 and crysis will kill these games =p
