none of them will play a game passed 2003, games from 2003 like elder scrolls morrowind, they will play that game at medium at best. Those are not laptops they are netbooks, made for surfing the web and working with MS power point and MS word and excel. The intel atom processor as well isn't built for games, its a energy efficent tiny processor built for smart phones, hand held devices and low cost netbooks.

none of those netbooks have graphics chips capable of any gaming. heck that intel gma 950 can't even run world of warcraft at medium. at best low at a res on 800x 600 at 20 fps.

if you want a notebook for gaming, always check the graphics card first because that the priority for gaming. here is a sit for notebook graphics chips benchmarks. http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-9600M-GS.9450.0.html

that link i gave is to a graphics card that will come in laptop for around 900 dollars and play any game, not at high setting but at low-medium and medish high. look for notebooks with a card like that.

Wow... you're not going to be able to be able to find a gaming laptop in that sort of category. Gaming laptops can cost you from $800ish-$2500ish easy

I know this is a bit off topic, but why does it have to be a laptop, why not a desktop?

For $430? It's all going to be integrated graphics, which will maybe run 2000-2003ish era games, and even then not amazingly.

My brother has the acer, cant even play cs:s. But it does emulate the psx really well, and does play games over 5 years old (starcraft works well on it lol). If your limited to 430, just about all the laptops wont let you play recent games, best bet would be to look on ebay for someones old laptop with a usable gpu.
