The 7970 obviously has more VRAM, and is one of AMD's best GPUs, while the 670 is a little bit older. However, because of the 690, the TITAN, and the 780, some of the older NVIDIA GPUs (670, 660ti, 660) are gonna start going for less. If I were you, I'd get the 670 to start with, then get another and go SLI. It'll destroy the 7970, and most other single GPUs.gigabyte geforce GTX 670 OC 2GB or Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 OC edition 3GB with Boost, I am just wondering which would be better for gaming, what are their pros and cons, Thanks

The GTX 770 comes out this coming up week and the GTX 760 ti (which is basically a re-branded GTX 670 for $299) is coming out in early June
Wait and see if either of these are a great value
Okay Im starting to lean towards a GTX 670 or maybe a gtx 760 ti but how many watts on my power supply would I need to SLI with 2 GTX 670s
