What's the most brutal and disturbing game ever made?

i'm looking for a game with tons of blood, swearing, and violence. a game that will make even hardcore gamers cringe and make Jack Thompson cry.

u go around using crowbars, fire axes, blanks of wood with nails etc to hunt down serial killers and junkies etc, creepy game to say the least

No way, not really. Sure, it would rile up Thomspon, but honestly? The Postal games make an inside-joke out of thumbing their noses at Thompson-esque puritanism. They're deliberately over-the-top in a way which never takes itself seriously. In a sense, they're kind of light. Nasty, vulgar and violent? Absolutely... but disturbing? Not a chance. They're a little funny.

Manhunt and its rumoured sequel are more this cat's style. What about Condemned? Never played it, but it could work for him too.
