are any of these good?
I can tell you that I've played the Crysis demo on my 4850 and i've gotten around 30fps at 1280x1024 on Very High. however if actually want to play the game I went to the same resolution at High setting and if you are considering of getting the card, get any card that does not have the stock ATi cooler on it because it sucks. darkgoth678

I have to ask, how many threads do you need to ask this? http://uk.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=26729068 http://uk.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=26729203 http://uk.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=26726612 Why so much spamming of something you already got answered?.Stoner-Pimpcoz im still unsure
It can play it on high settings at about 1280x1024 as mentioned, give or take depending on your CPU. You definitely won't get Very High, but if you want some better performance, just buy a 9800GTX, Nvidia cards are optimised for Crysis.patano16unfortunately yes and I have t agree to that... thats why they have "the way its meant to be played" animation in the intro of the game,
My 512Mb 4850 at 690 core 1118 ram runs the game on Enthusiast in true direct x 10 and 1680x1050 at 30+ fps. My other specs include an E8400 at 3.0 Ghz, 8Gb of DDR2 800mhz, Creative X-fi Gamer, 500Gb Seagate 7200.11, 6 120mm fans and one 200mm. On a 650 watt power supply.
You should note that I could not play Crysis comfortably on Enthusiast until I got the 8.12 drivers, with those drivers I got a huge increase, to the point where I was amazed that drivers could do that.
