Mafia also did.. the most memoriable would have to be older games like Age of Empires (how can anyone forget the intro music), C&C games.. RA - Hell March is a classic. Warcraft 2 also has some great music.
Homeworld had the epic music for every occassion and a great end credit song done by Yes. I'd also go with C&C: Red Alert (The original, the second ones soundtrack wasn't up to par) just because of Hellmarch.
With out a doubt and i'm surprised you haven't said this already!! The GTA sound tracks mainly vice city and san andreas. Absolutly amazing bezst sound track ever :)
