Well, the good news is that the integrated graphics has shared memory, which is much better than the measly 8 mb of graphical memory one of my old Intel desktops had. Personally though, I agree with Duntastar88 on this one, if you can try and add a dedicated graphics card to your rig.

Of course I get that sometimes you can't just add a graphics card, and just what to play what you can for a bit, so here are my suggestions:

Hearts of Iron III, Victoria 2, Mount and Blade Warband, Civilization III, Age of Empires III, Sims 3, Sim city 4, Mediveval II total war, and Spore will defiantly work.

War Thunder, Hearts of Iron 4, and Fallout 3 might work, but they'd be better with almost any graphics card.

When I seen Intel HD graphics my response will have to be "no."

Try some free to play games on PC and see how they work and that should give you a better idea. CS:GO is pretty easy to run, start there. If that works, try forknife.
