What FPS game has the most realistic...

sounds and weapons on the PC? I love Rainbow 6 Vegas weapons and sounds. What do you think?

Farcry 2 has really good sound. CoD:WaW has crap sound.

its a dreadfully impossible game but soldier of fortune: payback was good at leas in look, sound eh..not so much

I love Far Cry 2,but I think COD 4 is a bit better in some areas.

Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 has some nice weapon sounds. The weapon models are pretty great and they have great reload animations as well.

u could try painkiller but its weapons are all fictional but the guns are too amazing not too case in point the first origional gun in a long time: the electro driver

its ammo: it shoot shurikens and lightning

TF2 has by FAR the most realistic sounding weapons.

not really accurate results perhaps but not good weapons audio n visual. try battlefield 2 that might be good to.

I like the weapons in Fallout 3.

The original DoD mod for Halflife. They were recorded from actual weapons fire. I haven't heard effects with that impact since then.

cryostasis by FAAAAR. most of the game is not realistic, but the guns feel and sound amazingly real. i'm sure there is a youtube video of the gunplay in that game somewhere, but it really makes the gunplay in even the most realistic games seem arcadey.
