Weird Green Artifacts With my TV Moniter (Please Help!!!)

Ok, so Bassman i know that you are pretty familiar with my problems. I figured out that my tv is 768p, I set my Resolution to 1360x768, now my TV displays 768p. Everything looks like it has a green tint over it. My TV manufacturer said my TV is 1366x768. But its not available on Windows. Only 1360x768. Its clearer than 720p, but there is green artifacts. The colors look off with RGB Full and limited. I restarted my driver, and everything. I ddu'ed the driver, still the same thing. I wish Windows would put 1366x768 in the resolution selection. Please help me, so i don't have to force my pc to run 1080p when my tv is only 768p

Have you tried the tv settings? Hot/Cold/Color etc.
