My favorite champ in the whole game is Kennen, but I'm not delusional enough to believe he's the best by any stretch. I'd say the BEST would be um... Maybe Ahri cause she's got a solid balance of damage and utility? TF, potentially, if in the right hands. LB dominates the early game so she's up there too.

Malphite could be in this list... i go with Ahri though.
