Hi so I have a 22in samsung LED 1080p and im using it as my second monitor, my 1080p asus monitor is just fine tho and they are both connected by hdmi and are both set to 1920x1080 resolution. My problem is that the quality seems really off like images and text are not smooth and they are kind of pixely like anti aliasing or something... wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows a solution.

Sounds to me like you have some kind of scaling issue going on. Find a setting on your TV and make sure scaling is 1:1 or "dot by dot" (different manufacturers have different names for it). Also, look in the settings for your graphics card and make sure that overscan or underscan are not on.

I've never had that issue. But on some LEDs the blacks are a little too bright.

Interesting. 1920x1080 isn't the native res of your TV then, I see.

I have a 24" Dynex (Best Buy Special) 1080p LCD TV that I'm using as a monitor. Works great at 1080p.
