5 decent ones come to mind - 2 of which I didn't play, but my younger sister enjoyed. RollerCoaster Tycoon RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Zoo Tycoon Zoo Tycoon 2 The Sims and SimCity series' could perhaps also be included as there's more to just watching people in the Sims, but most "Tycoon" seemed to be created because of the popularity of RC Tycoon.
RCT. Loved playing the first one as a kid, still play the 3rd one from time to time. Wish someone would make a new one, maybe someone could kickstart a similar game?
I find it kinda sad that those types of games have been shelved in most big developing studios. Especially when a game like the sims is the biggest game sellout in history of gaming. But top 10
