The Witcher 2 Game of the Year Period.

i played DA2 demo Crysis 2 demo , both game are crappy because they were watered down for consoles, right know i can tell you from all the gameplay videos i saw and i saw them ALL.

the only games that have any chance of geting a GOTY is:

The Witcher 2

Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

Dues Ex.

expect that those are the only games your goingto love.

the others are over hyped Ruined sequels/console ports.

oh and i didnt forgot about BF3 looks amazing but probably wont be released this year.

anyway im pretty sure The Witcher 2 going to overwhelm us when it comes out, and get a GOTY.

I think SHogun2 and Battlefield3 have a good chance at goty to, but only time will tell once we play THE FULL VERSION of all games. I am not interested in Crysis multiplayer at all, waiting on the campaign, so that demo means nothing to me.

I am looking forward to Shogun2 and The Witcher2 the most, but I would not be surprised if DA2 or Crysis2 was up there for GOTY come end of the year.

Also the new Elderscrolls could get GOTY to, same wit ME3.. alot to pick from this year.

Battlefield 3 has opportunity.

Dice has a great chance, with release date near end of the year, lots of time to learn from others mistakes.

fact is apart from those released already (DS2, Bulletstorm etc), everything is hype.

BF3 is probably coming this year and Skyrim could easily be better than The Witcher 2. Then there's Portal 2 & ME3. It's a good year to be a PC gamer..

TW 2 really looks like a great game, but there's a lot of competition:

Skyrim has a huge chance of nabbing that prize...

The first screens of BF3 hyped up the FPS public...

Human Revolution seems nice too, but i wouldn't count on it...

LA Noire seems wonderful from what i've seen, i just hope it delivers...

And how come no one mentioned Dead Island? Just look at what one simple trailer did...

I'm invested too much in The Witcher universe, i will take the game as it is. Since i saw the gameplay video (10 min one) coupled with a remix of The Witcher theme i was so happy.

There's no way I'm not gonna play this game.

Portal 2 is a high contender, in that 40 minute video with gabe newell if anybody has seen that, he stated Portal 2 is probably Valves best work so far and what he is most proud of, or something similar to that.

GOTY=Skyrim

2nd place=Witcher 2 or Dark Souls

So from a small demo you can tell already how the whole game is going to be? on top of that one of those demos being only the MP part?

It will be good, but it won't get GOTY, period

Too early to say that though it probably has a good chance. However I have yet to see GS give a 9 to an old school eurpopean made cRPG.
