hopefully the quality of the gameplay will match the visuals.
Can't come out soon enough. I'd still like to see more than just that first little area but it looks impressive thus far. I'm a sucker for games with that kind of setting.
yeah previews always seem to show that one area with the police car. looking forward to seeing more
Looks great, don't hold your breath for the game looking like this though.
Well, at least we know what is possible for the future.
hope the game turns out well, sounds like a fun time with my friends
Its being developed primarily by Massive Entertainment whose track record includes World in Conflict and much of the development of Far Cry 3. I have high hopes.
I also think Ubisoft have been getting much better in general over the last year. Uplay is still annoying, but FC3, Blacklist and AC4 have all been very good games with good to great PC versions which release alongside or within a short time of their console counterparts. They seem to be learning from their mistakes which is quite refreshing, and the ability to rate individual missions in AC4 leads me to believe they plan on continuing to do this going forward.

@wis3boi Indeed.
@with_teeth26 - Yeah, I really liked SC: Blacklist although I wasn't a fan of FC3. AC4, I have yet to play but it will be able until then. I am not all for some of their design and business choices, namely Uplay just not doing anything but being a DRM even though it isn't that intruding like GFWL. I just wished it served more of a function than just DRM/Activaiton.
I credit them for mixing it up though. Watch Dogs, The Division, Blacklist (nice improvement over that Conviction game), and AC4 seems to be well received.

it was already shown at E3, playable, looking like this. if anything, it will look better at release.
Maybe it will, maybe it wont. Whatever the case, history has taught us that what developers show at e3 is not always an accurate representation of the final product, and Ubisoft have demonstrated this in the past, so I'm skeptical.
