im having a problem with the game not loading the textues fast enough. some building look real bland while im standing right in front of them and it takes like 5 or 10 seconds for the real textues to appear. its real annoying becuz it causes a failed mission on one level were the target is suppose to stay alive but dies when he falls into a street. does anyone know a fix?

Need to post ur specs dude, but first, try to update ur gpu drivers...

Yeah, Im playing San Andreas and so... what's the use of this "frame limiter"?
It prevents your game from running above a certain FPS rate (I think it was 30fps). Turning it off usually brings too many problems, so it's better to keep it on.
