Stronghold 2 and other castle builders

So i enjoy playing Stronghold 2, but mainly for the peaceful campaign where your objectives are to grow rather than siege castles like alot of games like this focus on, i like games where you can watch people work and see each building and place it all yourself.

I was wondering what other games like this there was out there and does anybody know if stronghold are releasing a 3rd?!

You should be playing Stronghold 1 and Stronghold Crusader. They are MUCH better than Stronghold 2.

I think ive played one of them, it just felt the same with less items and things to do if i remember? whats stronghold legends like?
