Woah.  Watched a walkthru on youtube.  Not much of a puzzle-guy but, oh, man, Yahtzee Croshaw is REALLY going to rip this game...to shreds.

But "minor spoiler" seeing a 4 dimensional art gallery plucked into a game looked interesting (watched vid on wtf/total biscuit channel).  Of course, it's there for a reason and you have to figure out this reason.  At one point the dev pointed out the deeper meaning behind just one 'exhibit' and Total Biscuit said, "You are far to smart for game design.  You need to go into something else."  In other words, when do I get to the deeper meaning of shooting stuff?

I'm playing Remember Me right now. I really didn't like it at first but once you get into it, it's an awesome game. I'm on Chapter 5 now and loving it. I'm playing on Hard difficulty, though. Maybe I would've liked the beginning more if I played on Normal.

Everyone I've talked to said it was a big letdown. Apparently the reviews also say they could have done so much more with it but didn't. That's why I'm waiting til it's dirt cheap.

you never buy a game unless it's on Daily or flash deal

So far on steam I bought the following games:

• The Last Remnant $3.39
• The Cave $3.74
• AntiChamber $6.79
• Call of Jaruez Gun Slinger $10.04

I also was just going to buy don't starve but steam is down right now from heavy load so can't buy it.  Total money spent is $23.96 on 4 games if I get Don't Starve for $8.99 it would be $32.95 but I may not get it not a big discount and already have other games I'd rather play.

Do you think I could do better with Torchlight 2s price, or is this as cheap as it will get you think?Sweetbackhair

this is  infuriating trying to browse through the under £4 games and it is constantly cutting out anyone else in the uk got the site working?

is there a simplified site with just game name and price? then i can go elswhere to find out about the game as it isnt loading when i try to scroll through them

I've been buying most games I am even moderately interested in on launch this year thanks to GMG pre-order deals and such, really not much I want from the sales.

I might force copies of BL2 on to some friends if it wins the daily deal thing. Otherwise I'll just see what interests me, nothing yet.

As for the Steam sales, I already own everything in there that looks interesting. I ended up picking up Dragon Age: Origins - Ultmiate Edition with strat guide even though I already had the base game.

And yes, the store is getting hammered.

Xcom: Enemy Unknown so far.  And not to be a "helpful howard" but you might want to utilize your wishlist.  There were games I saw deeply discounted that weren't in today's sales page but were indeed on sale (once I checked my wishlist.)  I didn't see Far Cry: Blood Dragon nor Xcom:EU listed on daily sales but apparently they are. 

Get in there and scrounge a little.  Steam is like a crap-encrusted toilet and you are like Ewan McGregor in Trainspotting.  :o

Nah, Getgamesgo had a deal a few weeks back for two games for $15. I picked up Dishonored and New Vegas Ultimate.

As for what I'm getting. I'm getting Hotline Miami. I'm thinking about CS: GO. Part of me thinks it'll be 75% later on in the sale.

Yes to Hotline Miami, the rest of the sales are pretty weak. I do want Bioshock Infinite though but I'm sure it's going to be cheaper than that when Christmas gets here.LittleMac19
