Amazon had steam codes for dark souls as low as 15 bucks yesterday, for a little bit. Not anymore though.

I got Sly Collection, Borderlands 2, and Spec Ops the Line for PS3.

Superbrothers : Sword and Sworcery EP, Double Fine Bundle (Stacking, Costume Quest, Iron Brigade, and Psychonauts), and Primal Carnage.

so in total, 11 games. for a total of $71 bucks.

as opposed to their regular price total at = $195 bucks.

so about 63% off.

pretty good i'd say...

Only game i wanted was Darksiders 2 and was expecting it to be bundled with the DLC but sadly it wasn't. Borderlands 2 also had my interest but i got a few other games to play through so i'd rather wait for the GOTY edition to be released.

The Fez dev stupidly said his game is made to be played on couches(as if you cant hook a PC up to a TV). Its not coming to the PCbonafidetk

They paid Microsoft so Fez would be an exclusive for Xbox 360. Then they decided not to patch the game any further because patching a game on the Xbox 360 is too expensive...

I have no clue why they'd want it to be an exclusive to the point of paying for it. If it's meant to be played on a couch, then why isn't it on PS3? Paying so they can't release their game on the PS3 or PC sounds ridiculous to me. Not everyone has an xbox.

I have been feeling an itch for a strategy game lately and wanted to ask is Civilization V good for someone who has never played the series before? Or perhaps Total war SHOGUN 2? How is that for someone new to the franchise?

Wanted to wait for some more updates for both games, but couldn't resist, got Chivalry and Worms Rev too.

If you want a tedious, boring real time battles with mediocre TBS elements (imo - always skipped battles, I only played games of this series because I enjoyed TBSs), go with Shogun 2, if you love statistics and want a TBS with depth go for Civ V, you won't have a problem with either

You can cast a shield around yourself or if they're doing a specific element to you, you can cast that resistance on yourself. Like if they are killing you with lightning strike, you would press A+E and cast it on yourself. I never did 4 player co op bc of that reason. The game is much more enjoyable with only 1 or 2 other people so you can actually coordinate attacks without killing eachother
