im having a problem with my fps in starcraft. I have an ati radeon hd2400 pro, yeah, yeah i know it's low end but usually i get 50 fps. For some reason my fps keeps bouncing from like 2-15 then goes up to 50 for like 2 seconds and the game is pretty much unplayable. -__- I tried updating drivers, microsoft framework, nothing is working!!! please help i need my sc2

What CPU do you have and how much RAM do you have?

Presumably you are already playing at minimum settings correct?

Upgrade your card. I dont even see how you got a constant 50 with that card haha. Or you could try lowering your graphic settings.

Well that isn't ideal but overall you should be able to play at minimum settings. The HD 2400 Pro is VERY feeble though, you should really look into upgrading. You don't have to spend much, $60-70 should do.

its mostly your cpu holding you back but your graphics card is also pretty dated. The recommended requirements are a 8800gtx while the minimum requirements are a ati 9800 pro. So your graphics cards meets the minimum requirements and fits somewhere in between. Your cpu though is pretty close to the minimum requirements.
