Star Trek Online trial to full subscription?

Hi is it possible to buy one month and convert the trial to a full game or do I have to go out there and buy a gamedisk?

After the trial is over it will ask you for a credit card to purchase a cd-key for the game and continue playing from there. So, there's no need for a game disc.
