Naop, loadings will be faster though. However, just get 3, 7200rpm hds and raid 0 them. You will get near/better performance depending n the drive and raid controller, oh and a lot more space. Just make sure you back your data up regularly to somewhere reliable.

That Silcon Power 32GB SSD is over twice as fast as a 10k RPM Raptor. With the Raptor, it takes 22 seconds to load up the All Ghillied Up level in Call of Duty 4; with the Silicon Power SSD, it takes 9 seconds. (Source: Guru3D review on the Silicon Power 32GB SSD).

OO dang, that's fast didn't know it was the super SSDs. Though 32gb isn't a whole lot. Only can put a few games on it, I'd personally just put the operating system on it.

Just faster, you can also get a 10K RPM Raptor Hard Drive for less. :)

Or a Western Digital Black with much more space that's as fast as a Raptor for much less.

If you're going to buy an SSD, you should get one by Intel. Their SSDs are the best right now.
