somputer on then off

Cpu goes on then off and when i finaly turn off PSU it slows down to a stop then makes like a hissing noise.

any ideas??

But the CPU starts and after some seconds turn off?? or never starts?? The noise in the PSU is all the time?? or only when the CPU is off??

Where can i buy a somputer? BTW need more details to understand ur problems.

it sounds to me like a PSU or motherboard problem, but it's hard to give you advice without more information

cpu starts then turns off after like 5 seconds, the psu noise is only right after i turn it off

so your PC turns on and 5 seconds later it turns off with a hissing PSU? Well did you ever think that there was a snake dying in your PSU?

Not really, give us more info but from what I can gather your PSU is dying.
