Samsung S23A950D watching 3d image error

while on my PC all of a sudden the monitor started showing different colours which i could barely recognize anything and that message keep appearing

When i restart it works properly for about 3 mins and the same thing starts again

how to fix this problem

Your 3D Glasses are probably on and the monitor is picking them up.

Turn them off or remove the battery from the glasses.

no never used the glasses all the time i have had this monitor the battery not even in, any other ideas

also 3D mode is also on off

Sounds like there is something wrong with your Graphic Card. Its either graphic card or the drive problem. Try to uninstall your GPU drive and then reinstall it and see if it work.

The monitor itself it giving you the "3d image error" on the screen? is it the monitor or windows giving you the error?

i would say the monitor it begins changing colours for no apparent reason

A few quick ideas:

- How is the monitor plugged into the PC? Have you tried using a different port? (DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort etc).

- Have you tried a different cable?

- Have you tried the monitor with another PC?

These things will narrow it down to either the monitor or the PC, and we can go from there.

unfortunately i didn't try those stuff because didn't have the necessary items to do it, i actually use compress air and blow out the DVI ports and so far it has been working so i am currently monitoring it
