Resident Evil 4 custom controls and mouse

Can I download a Resident Evil in which I can have custom controls and mouse?

I've downloaded Resident Evil 4 from piratebay by zingoo. To change the keyboard layout I have to use the launcher.exe and if I play the game from there I can use the custom layout. To use the mouse I have to run game_me.exe but I don't have the custom controls. To modify the mouse sensitivity you use Loader.exe. To run the game in window mode you run it with windows xp compatibility.

@darknesscrysis: you can adjust the controls and mouse sensitivity but on desktop, there are 2 resident evil 4 launchers (the first one is the one without mouse support and the other one has the mouse support).

Obviously, if you want to play the game with your m and k, launch re4 with mouse support on desktop.
