hey guys,could u recommand me the cheapest ati vga card to play (gta iv) at resolution 1024x768 with high setting well???

some people recommand me ati hd 4670 512 ddr3 is it valid?

oh gosh. let's get this out of the way...from the argument in the thread above, performance really does vary system to system. it seems to be more processor dependent than it is video card dependent. but id say a 4670 wouldnt be too bad, esp for that resolutionillharmonics

This might seem funny but it would probably be cheaper getting a 360 plus the game. It will at least run at Max settings with no lag.zaku101

Max settings for consoles is not max setting for PC, let's get this straight.

i've amd x2 4600 & 2gb ram ddr2 is that enough to play gtaiv well on high setting

by the way some people recommand me ati 4850 or 4670(cheaper) which one cheaper & sufficient for this game???

from me to say,this game is intended to play with nvidia cards.i had my self HD4850 + Quad core Phenom, and i can't push the slider to max setting.on the other hand,my friends could easily push to max setting with "old-crack" 8800GT cards and E8600 processors :((AMDAtiFanboy

Because I can crank up this game at max with CF 4870 and intel q9450 @ 1920x1200.
