Get an Antec Nine Hundred case (with four fans) and you should have no cooling problems.  I have an Antec 900 case and e6600 and my temps are just fine.  But if you feel the need for water cooling (and have the money) go for it.  Other than that nice setup, you will love the Intel cpu

Go for 2 gigs RAM instead of 1.5,but other than that,9/10. You don't need water cooling unless you want to go to 4GHz or more with that E6600.

I was just going to go with water cooling seeing as I can get a brand new h20-120 kit for around 100 dollars. I already have a case with a processor fan/heatsink, 3 case fans and one internal fan, but it's hella loud, and so that's why I wanted water cooling. Also, I love how sammydageek probably has a N64 and thinks it's the cutting edge of technology.

OMG GUYS POKEMON SNAP IS DA BESTEst :)lolz

Get some more ram, 1.5 seems a little low compared to the rest of your rig. I'd go with 2 gigs.
