I am interested in buying this card below:

http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4148909&sku=H231-4608

I have read that the HD 4670 are great gaming cards and can run on almost ANY powersupply. Though through my research on the ATI siteit's saying that all cards require atleast 400watt. Seeing how my computer is underwarrantyand I don't want to remove my 300watt PS I would not buy this card.

http://ati.amd.com/products/Radeonhd4600/requirements.html

My question is, can I run this card on a 300watt PS or must I look elseware?

My god man, use google for Christ's sake. You need a 400w PSU or better.

400W with 26 ish amps on the 12v rail. That would be optimal for that card.

You can always roll the dice, but I wouldn't. Even if it worked, it could bite you in the butt...down the road. Cheers

My friends running a 9600GT overclocked on a 300W powersupply, not a major brand. The card itself requires a mini of 450W. He hasn't experienced any issues, just cold air coming from the PSU. The card you listed barely hits 150W, I say go for it. Graphic card companies seriously over rate the required PSU, they usually predict it with a fully loaded system, Max HDD, Fans, DVD drives, ext.

If you want a better card check this one out. Link

O I also have a friend running a 1900XT on a 300W, the card requires 450W, been running for 2 years now.
