We are talking about Quadro NVS 420? If so then no you can not run Fortnite at all. That gpu has only 16 CUDA cores and only 256mb of vram its super ancient.

You need to look into getting a gpu.

@04dcarraher: @covfefe: yup he's talking about that old 512Mb old Quadro card. No can do, if you want to play Fortnite you can do it via onboard GPU (the newest the better - depends on your MOBO)

If you want to buy a dedicated GPU you can buy the cheapest you want - GTX1050 will do, you can even go 2nd handed if money is the issue like GTX560Ti or GTX660.

Well as per below specs

Fortnite Minimum Requirements –

  • Intel HD 4000
  • Core i3 2.4 Ghz
  • 4 GB RAM
  • Windows â…ž or 10 64-bit

Recommended-

  • Nvidia GTX 660, AMD Radeon HD 7870 will be enough too with DX11 GPU
  • 2 GB VRAM
  • Core i5 2.8 Ghz
  • 8 GB RAM
  • Windows â…ž or 10 64-bit

You need to have GTX 600 as recommeded.

Also a 700 series gpu will run fortnite fine but anything lower and you're going to have to play on low settings.

I would still try youd be surprised by what you can get to run on bad hardware even more so if you use software like Ryser boost.
