Power Supply for 8800 320mb

what power supply should i have for this or should i just wait until the 8600s to come out for the price drop...

Wait for the price drop, 500w at the least i'm guessing, but 600w would be better just in case you decide to upgrade other things in the future that are more power hungry

Sorry, wasn't paying attention i guess, i thought he was talking about the 640mb version.  I'd still say go with a bigger psu cus you never know, maybe he'll decide to go sli later, or in the future like i said there could be more power hungry components.

Depends on your other components, but to be safe and have room for future upgrades, get at least a 550-600W PSU with 20 or more amps on the 12V rail(s). Something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817194003#spec

so when the 8600s come out the prices will definately drop for the 8800s...if thats true ill wait...but by how much will it drop? (estimate)

If i had to guess then maybe between $25-$50 maybe more but no one will know until they come out
