Hello all.

I'm trying to build a gaming rig for the first time.

Here is what I have in mind so far:

Intel Core i-5 3570K

Asus P8Z77-V Pro LGA 1155 Intel Z77

G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB)

Antec 1200 V3 Black Steel ATX Full Tower

Corsair Hydro Series H60 Liquid CPU Cooler

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 3.5 HDD

I'm having trouble deciding Power Supply and Video Card for this spec.

I am currently looking at 620W from Cooler Master (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171068).

Is this enough power for what I have so far?

As for video card,

I am looking at GeForce GTX660 Ti 2GB from EVGA (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130809)

I'll be playing games like Hitman Absolution, Civilization 5 and more, Starcraft 2, etc.

Should I stick with this 660 Ti or is it worth to get a better version of this?

Thanks for reading long post guys, hope you guys can help me decide!

ehh, I'm just a noob here, and I just heard some stuff about Nvidia being better than Radeon, but I guess that's not necessarily true huh.

Yeah, and as for the case I heard that working with bigger case is easier for novice like me, but I'm assuming that's not really true either right?

Anyways, thanks for your help, always appreciated.

well hitman comes bundled with AMD cards as a holiday promotion right now. Also civilization 5 runs better on AMD cards as well. The 7950 is a better card than the 660ti and no for the majority of people you won't notice anything wrong with AMD cards.

660 is better value than the 660ti and not much slower. Probably the best value nvidia card atm

My advice, if you REALLY want to go Nvidia, go a gen back and get a gtx 570.

Better PSU suggestions, aka top tier PSU, if you complete rebates.

$105(after MIR) Corsair HX750

$99(after MIR) Corsair HX650
