Currently i own a laptop and a ps2, but not a tv. So, my plan is buy a tv tuner card with rca composite input, or a usb/express card/PCMCIA card analog to digital converter.

So, any hints or advise? has anyone else done this before? I have looked on amazon and ebay, and either the products look dogey, or overpriced. I think that i might need some help making the correct choice.

Oh, and my laptop is a dell inspiron1720, 2gigs ram, a duel core T7250 @ 2GHz, geforce8600M GT, running 32x vista.

Thanks

if you get a tv card with svideo or composite and plug your ps2 into that then all you have to do is have the tv card software installed and select the av channel and your ps2 should play through your laptop. you will need to get a usb tv card
